Helping Women Discover Their Heart's Desire

Why I Created the Empowered Women Group

I’ve worked with women at pivotal crossroads — after divorce, after burnout, after children, or after years of quietly feeling invisible — and I’ve seen, time and again, that:

Women don’t need to be “fixed.” They need to come home to themselves.

The Empowered Women Group was created as that home.

A space to rediscover your identity, your desires, your voice, your intuition, and your feminine energy.

A space where women rise — and feel safe doing so.

You Might Be Here Because…

  • Many of the women who find their way to Empowered Women Group recognise themselves in some of these experiences:

  • You’ve spent years meeting everyone else’s needs and no longer know what you want

  • You feel emotionally drained, disconnected, or “numb,” even though life looks fine on the outside

  • You’ve lost confidence in your intuition and second-guess your decisions

  • You feel stuck at a crossroads and sense there is more for you — but can’t quite access it

  • You’re tired of pushing, striving, or holding everything together alone

  • You feel unseen, unheard, or emotionally unsupported in your relationships or work

  • You know something needs to change, but traditional goal-setting or productivity advice leaves you feeling worse, not better

If any of this resonates, you are not broken — and you are not alone.

Why Traditional Coaching Often Doesn’t Work for Women

I have been coaching women since 2012, and during that time I’ve seen that many mainstream coaching strategies simply don’t work for women.

Traditional coaching is heavily rooted in masculine energy — structured goals, logical frameworks, accountability, and “push harder” strategies. While these methods can be useful, they don’t align with how many women naturally process:

Emotions, Relationships and Internal conflict

As a result, women often leave feeling they need to be more disciplined, more productive, or more resilient — when what they actually need is to feel:

More supported, connected, understood and emotionally safe.

A Different Way Forward

For more than a decade, I’ve been devoted to helping women rediscover who they truly are — beyond expectations, people-pleasing, and over-giving.

My work brings together feminine-energy coaching, emotional release, and grounded, practical guidance to support:

Emotional regulation, a sense of internal safety and developing healthy vulnerability and boundaries. The deep internal shifts that create sustainable, embodied change. This process is more visceral — and far more body-based — than it is purely logical or mind-driven.

My coaching style is warm, intuitive, and deeply compassionate.

It is grounded in evidence-based tools and experiential practices that help women feel emotionally safe, seen, and supported as they step into the next chapter of their lives — at their own pace, in their own way.

This is not about forcing change it is about allowing it.

My Journey

My path began in 2012 when I trained as a Certified Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. That work opened the door to an ongoing journey of learning, spiritual growth, and personal transformation.

I later trained with Robbins–Madanes, deepening my understanding of human needs psychology, feminine emotional patterns, and the dynamics that shape how women show up in love, leadership, and life.

Over the years, I have also trained in powerful emotional release and energetic healing techniques — including the Sedona Method, Crystal Healing, and Instant Miracle Mastery — supporting women to release emotional weight they have been carrying for years.

Each stage of my journey has shaped the work I do today — and the safe, supportive spaces I now hold for women.

If it's Over its Over

January 22, 20261 min read

If it’s over, it’s over

One of my clients (lets call her Lucy), has been in a casual relationship that has ended but she is still waiting on him to come back.

Every now and again he will contact her just to check in to see how she is doing.

This knocks her back each time just when she was starting to feel normal again.

It is also gives her the hope that eventually he is going to come back – just not yet.

This guy is just playing games – it gives him an ego boast each time he calls and can hear that she is still sad and pinning over him.

Each time he calls he confirms that it is over and that he appreciates her not chasing him – mixed messages or what

I have asked her to not answer his contacts

While she is still waiting for him – she is giving off the vibe to other potential guys that she is taken – as in her head she still is

She needs to connect back with herself so that she builds her confidence

Pushing herself to get out there and build a new life – filling her time with her passions and making exciting memories is the best way to attract a new man into her life
