About Julie
Traditional coaching is heavily rooted in masculine energy — structured goals, logical frameworks, accountability, and “push harder” strategies. While these methods can be helpful, they don’t always align with the way women naturally process emotions, relationships, intuition, and internal conflict.
Women often come away feeling like they need to be more disciplined, more productive, or more resilient… when what they actually need is to feel more supported, more connected, and more understood.
Feminine-energy coaching honours how women are wired.
It supports emotional flow, intuition, inner safety, vulnerability, softness, boundaries, and the deeper internal shifts that create real transformation.
This is why the modalities I use — Woman-Centered Coaching, Rori Raye methods, emotional release work, inner child healing, and spiritual connection — work so powerfully.
They meet women where they are.
They honour women as women.
And they create results that last.
Feminine-Energy Coach | Woman-Centered Guide | Emotional-Release Facilitator | NLP Master Practitioner | Founder of Empowered Women Group
For more than a decade, I’ve been devoted to helping women rediscover who they truly are — beyond expectations, people-pleasing, and over-giving. My work brings together feminine-energy coaching, emotional release, spiritual insight, and practical guidance to help women reconnect to their intuition, confidence, and power.
My coaching style is warm, intuitive, deeply compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based tools that help women feel emotionally safe, seen, and supported as they step into the next chapter of their lives.
My Journey
My path began in 2012 when I trained as a Certified Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. That work opened the door to an ongoing journey of learning, spiritual growth, and personal transformation.
I expanded my skills through Robbins–Madanes Training, diving deep into human needs psychology, feminine emotional patterns, and the dynamics that shape how women show up in love, leadership, and life.
Over the years, I trained in powerful techniques for emotional release and energetic healing — including the Sedona Method, Crystal Healing, and Instant Miracle Mastery — supporting women to let go of the emotional weight they’ve been carrying for years.
In 2024, I completed a Foundation Certificate in Woman-Centered Coaching, a trauma-informed, client-led approach designed specifically for the way women process life, emotions, and relationships.
I am also completing the Rori Raye Coach Training (RRCT) — a profoundly feminine-energy-based methodology I will certify in by January 2026. RRCT teaches women how to step into their authentic feminine power, inspire healthy relationships, set boundaries with softness, and feel deeply connected to themselves.
Why I Created Empowered Women Group
I’ve worked with women at crossroads — after divorce, after burnout, after children, or after years of feeling invisible — and I’ve seen over and over again:
Women don’t need to be “fixed.”
They need to come home to themselves.
Empowered Women Group is that home.
A space to rediscover your identity, your desires, your voice, your intuition, and your feminine energy.
A space where women rise — and feel safe doing so.I have been coaching women since 2012 and in that time I have found that the strategies that have been developed in the coaching world often do not work for women as Goal setting and taking action towards those are very different for women.
Strategy and action taking for a women are more intwined with how the feel about themselves and what is possible for them.
It is much more visceral and linked with their belief system than it is for men.
Essentially it is more a body element than a mind element that makes the difference.
